What we mean by personally identifying information

What we collect and why

• Booking a repair — your name, email, phone number and address, whether you have used us before, and details of the item and fault, so we can log and carry out the repair.
• Contact enquiries — your name, phone number, email and message, so we can reply.
• Online TV diagnosis — your contact details plus the two photographs you send (the fault and the model sticker), so we can advise on the likely fault and price.
• Trade requests — company and contact details, unit and purchase details and any invoice or proof of purchase you upload, so we can process the DOA, warranty repair, estimate or inspection.
• Help Us Improve — your message only. This form is anonymous: we do not ask for your name, email or phone number.

How we use it

We use the information you give us to respond to your enquiry, quote and carry out repairs, and to contact you about the work. We do not sell your personal information.

Uploaded photographs and files

Photographs and invoices you upload are stored privately and are used only to assess the fault or process your trade request.

Cookies

This website uses only the cookies and local storage required for the site to function. We do not use the site to build advertising profiles.
