What it costs to get an estimate
Inspection fees are as published on the current site. If you are not sure which applies to your item, call the workshop first.

How the fee works
- Inspection fees are deducted from the final repair bill.
- No work is carried out until the work and the costs have been approved by you.
- Inspection fees are non-refundable once the item has been assessed.
- Inspection fees are inclusive of VAT.
- If you are unsure which fee applies to your equipment, call us on the workshop number and we will confirm before you travel.
How it works
The repair process step by step

Contact us or book online
Call the workshop, send us a message or complete the online booking form so we know your equipment is on the way.

Tell us about the fault
Give us the make, model and a short description of the fault. With that information we can often give you an estimated repair cost before you travel.

Bring it in or arrange collection
Drop your equipment into the service centre in Malahide, or ask us about collection and delivery for larger televisions.

Your equipment is inspected
Our technicians diagnose the fault on the bench using professional test equipment. An inspection fee applies and is deducted from the final repair bill.

We advise you of the repair
We contact you with the exact price to complete the repair. Nothing is repaired until you approve the work and the cost.
- 6
Repair completed and returned
Once approved, the repair is completed and tested, then you collect your equipment — or we deliver it back where a collection service applies.
