How the collection service works

Large televisions are awkward and easily damaged in transit, so many customers prefer us to handle the lift. Tell us the make, model, screen size and whether the set is wall mounted when you book, and we will arrange a suitable time.

What we need from you

• Make and model of the television
• A short description of the fault
• Your address, including any access notes
• Whether the TV is currently wall mounted

Arranging a collection

Start with the online booking form and note that you would like a collection, or call the workshop directly. Smaller items — laptops, Hi-Fi, cameras and consoles — are usually best dropped into the service centre.
